The RAMS Classic golf scramble is preparing to tee off for its 12th year this May, as it continues its mission of raising critical funds for innovative education efforts in Southeast Polk Community School District classrooms.
This year, the event moves from fall to spring and to Toad Valley Golf Course in Pleasant Hill. Golfers can register as foursomes, or as individuals to be added to a group. Registration is expected to open at sepef.org in April for the May 30 event.
Many opportunities – including sponsored holes with custom pin flags – are available for community supporters, businesses and organizations considering sponsoring the Southeast Polk Education Foundation. For more information, please see our Sponsorships page.
An independently governed nonprofit organization, the Southeast Polk Education Foundation works with SEP staff and educators to enhance opportunities for Southeast Polk students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade by funding grants for projects that fall outside the school district’s normal funding stream. SEPEF is the only funding organization with a mission to fund grants for our SEP teachers, awarding more than $292,000 in grants to Southeast Polk district educators since 2015.
