Innovation Grants, funded by the nonprofit Southeast Polk Education Foundation (SEPEF), support SEP educators to provide enriching and engaging opportunities for students that fall outside the school district’s regular funding stream.

What need or issue does the proposed effort aim to resolve or improve?*

How will the proposed effort impact students? Include estimate number of people who will be directly impacted by the proposed effort. Include students and their specific grade levels, as well as staff.*

Please describe the measures you would use in that report to evaluate the success of your proposed effort. Grant recipients will be required to provide a final project impact report by the end of the spring semester of the awarded year. While qualitative data is encouraged, strong applications will focus on specific and measurable quantitative benchmarks.*

SEPEF may follow up during and following your grant project to gather information, photos and/or video to use for promotional purposes and to highlight the success of your project.
